A GOLF day created to help raise funds for Barnsley Hospice raise thousands of pounds of ‘vital funds’.
A total of 21 teams travelled to Silkstone Golf Club last Friday to take part in the event, which was sponsored by Lifetime Financial Planners.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Hospice said: “We are so pleased to announce that we raised an absolutely amazing £7,000 for the hospice, which will help us to secure the future of our services.
“Huge congratulations to the winners of the day, PIB Insurance Brokers, who were closely followed by Smart Interiors and Promethean.
“We are already counting down the days until next year’s event, and we hope to see you there.”
