A MAN who is accused of stalking will appear in court later this year.

Richard Boyers, of Bakewell Close, Athersley, did not appear at a hearing last Monday but will return to Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on October 14.

The 45-year-old is charged with breaching the Stalking Protection Act 2019.
