SPECULATION is rife as to who is responsible for the grafitti that has appeared on the new Barnsley College building over the weekend.
The image of two policemen kissing - made famous by Banksy - has been drawn in black paint on one of the new pillars for the college, on Eastgate.
A Barnsley College spokesman said: "Graffiti has appeared on one of the stone pillars outside the College’s new building over the weekend. The Police have been notified and the College are in the process of removing it."
