ALMOST 1,000 people attended a vintage mega market event in Dodworth recently.
Glass Onion hosted their first market event back in September – and due to popular demand they hosted another.
More than 750 people arrived in Dodworth to take part in the event – with people coming from across the country to grab a bargain.
A spokesperson for the firm said: “We opened up our warehouse to allow the general public to hand pick through tonnes of second-hand products, with everything priced at only £5. There aren’t many bargains to be had these days, so we wanted to do something that allowed people to fill their boots and bag a brand-new wardrobe for a bargain price, whilst also shopping sustainably.
“Feedback from customers was really positive. “People couldn’t believe the deals on offer and loads walked away with bags and bags of vintage.”
