THE brother of a murdered domestic abuse victim has donated a signed photograph of Ribblehead Viaduct to raise vital funds for IDAS.

A victim of domestic violence, 29-year-old Rebecca Kowal was murdered by her partner Robert Byrom in 2008.

Since then, her brother Andrew Overton has supported IDAS as a survivor ambassador and raised tens of thousands of pounds for domestic abuse charities.

The photograph, a stunning black and white shot of the imposing Ribblehead Viaduct at Carnforth in North Yorkshire, was taken by renowned Ripon-based landscape photographer Neil Sheldon.

IDAS plans to include the photograph as part of a fundraising event in Penistone later this month, where it will be offered as an auction prize during a charity film screening of The Stranger in our Bed at the Paramount Cinema, organised by IDAS supporter and best-selling author Samantha Lee Howe.
