THE ninth lorry full of donations left Barnsley for Ukrainian refugees and the appeal are asking for more to be given.
The United for Ukraine appeal was started by Pogmoor man Henryk Matysiak and the appeal are now aiming towards the tenth lorry, to meet ongoing demand from Ukrainian refugees forced to flee their country due to the war.
A spokesperson for the appeal said: "We are still asking for lots of donations please.
"We are very low on stock and need lots of the items requested.
"We need more and more donations and our sites are open and taking donations."
