A MAN has appeared at court for an offence of handling stolen goods.
David Diston, 41, of no fixed abode, appeared at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court for the offence.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was discharged conditionally for a year.
He was ordered to pay £50 in costs, a £22 victim surcharge and £72 in benefit deductions.
