AS we head towards the first weekend with reduced coronavirus restrictions council bosses want to encourage residents to stay safe.
They have advised that residents meet outdoors where possible and limit the number of people you are in contact with to help reduce the spread of the virus.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Council said: “Even though restrictions have eased around meeting up, remember to follow safe behaviours to protect yourself and your loved ones.”
