THINGS are set to turn spooky as Glass Works will host a Halloween-themed monster hunt this month.
On October 31, Barnsley town centre will be transformed into a ‘spooktacular’ scene with activities for families to take part in.
A spokesperson for Barnsley Council said: “To celebrate the most haunted time of year, The Glass Works will host a monster hunt on Saturday October 31 with tasty treats up for grabs.
“Remember you can get crafty this half-term and collect a craft activity from Library @ the Lightbox (and other libraries across the borough) to make at home.
“On Saturday 31 October, make your own monster activity packs will be available to collect between 10am-4pm from the Lightbox. “
