BUDDING performing arts students from Barnsley had the opportunity of a lifetime recently as they travelled to Disneyland Paris.
Each student, from Stagecoach Performing Arts, took part in a performance with the Disney cast of Beauty and the Beast, and had the opportunity to workshop with them, partaking in mock auditions, giving them valuable industry experience.
Hannah Plummer-Walsh, principal of Stagecoach Barnsley, said: “The students had the best time absorbing all the great advice and guidance they received from the Disney team, providing them skills they can use throughout their life, not just in performing arts.
“We were so pleased we could take them to Disneyland to enjoy such a special experience, and we hope to make this a yearly occurrence.”
