THERE will be some one-day closures at recycling centres next week to allow for site upgrades.
Barnsley Council has said that the following closures will take place:
Monday – Smithies closed
Tuesday – Penistone closed
Wednesday – West Street, Worsbrough closed
Thursday - Goldthorpe closed
A council spokesperson said: “Recycling centres will be closed for the full day and will reopen the following day.
“If your closest centre is closed on the day you want to visit, please use our other open recycling centres during this time.”
