BARNSLEY’S own Cheyanne Kerr has brought the town into the limelight during her appearance on the hit TV show Love Island.
The 23-year-old, who used to work in the Barnsley FC club shop but is now part of a cabin crew, appeared on the show for the first time last week.
Cheyanne, from Wombwell, was in the Love Island villa in Majorca – but last night her stay came to an end after the 'recoupling'.
She said: “I am quite down to earth.
“I am not a tomboy but I do really get along with lads on the banter side of things.
“I am also from Yorkshire and we are known for being really friendly people.”
