The number of Barnsley residents testing positive for Covid-19 is decreasing.
Earlier this year almost half of all people taking a PCR test - where swabs are taken to a lab - in Barnsley were getting a positive result but it’s now just over 15 per cent.
Almost 200,000 lateral flow tests have also been conducted since the start of the year - bringing the total up to more than 1.68 million.
