BARNSLEY CCG have released a list of local pharmacy opening times on bank holiday Monday so residents can access the right services they need.
People are still able to get a GP appointment through the iHeart service on Monday - phone lines are open from 8am to 9.30am and appointments will be available from 9am to 2pm.
Outside of these hours residents are asked to call 111.
Pharmacies are also open on Monday but may be running limited schedules.
The Asda pharmacy on Old Mill Lane will be open from 9am to 6pm, Tesco on Wombwell Lane will also be running the same opening and closing times.
Boots pharmacies at Cheapside and Cortonwood will both open at 10am and close at 4pm, while the Morrison’s pharmacy at Cortonwood will also do the same.
