TWO roads in Mapplewell will be hit with traffic restrictions for approximately eight weeks.
A one-way restriction is set for Bar Lane which will allow traffic to travel from Wakefield Road towards Blacker Road only.
There will be a diversion route along Wakefield Road, Shaw Lane, Greenside, and Blacker Road.
A ‘no right turn’ restriction will be in place on Wakefield Road which will stop traffic from travelling from Wakefield Road onto Bar Lane.
The drainage works will begin this Tuesday (June 1) and will last for approximately two months.
