YOU could soon be able to charge your car while you eat as an electric charging point could be installed at McDonald's.
A planning application for a charging point at the McDonald's on Wombwell Lane, Stairfoot has been proposed to Barnsley Council.
The charging point will take up one existing parking space and will allow residents to rapidly charge their electric vehicles.
The consultation period for the application will last until Monday.
