TWO cars were deliberately set alight on the same street last night as crews from across the borough were called out to fires across the borough.
Two crews from Cudworth Station were called to an accidental hedge fire on Thurnscoe Bridge Lane at 7.15pm last night (April 6).
The crew came away at 8.30pm.
On the same evening, a crew from Barnsley station were called to two cars that had been set alight on Lower Castlereagh Street.
The crew attended the fire at 11.10pm and left the scene at 11.50pm.
