A POPULAR fast food chain will re-open all its stores for drive-through orders only.
McDonald's has announced that it will re-open 924 drive-through restaurants after a successful trial with a select number of outlets.
The McDonald's on Old Mill Lane, Upper New Street, Wombwell Lane, and at Corton Wood will re-open between June 2 and June 4.
Fewer employees will work within the outlets to hep maintain social distancing guidelines. This also means that the restaurants will be offering a limited menu and will open from 11am - 10pm.
Customers are asked to limit their order to £25 and to pay using contactless methods where possible.
A spokesperson from McDonald's said: “Our teams are adjusting to new safety and hygiene procedures, which will help them to work safely and social distance; we appreciate your continued patience.”
