THE body of a man was discovered on a field in Athersley North yesterday.
Police were called to Laithes Lane at about 5.30am following the discovery.
A spokesman said that the man’s family have been informed and are being supported by officers. “There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death,” they added.
