A MAN has been arrested after a woman was allegedly raped at a park on Friday night.
Police were called to Welfare Cudworth Park, on Roberts Street, following a report that a woman was raped.
A police cordon remained in place while forensic officers and crime scene investigations took place. A 21-year-old man was arrested in connection to the attack.
A spokesman from South Yorkshire Police said anyone with any information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 61 of July 13.
