POLICE have confirmed that a 20-year-old woman has died after being run over at ASOS this morning.
Officers attended the premises on Park Spring Road in Grimethorpe at around 7.10am this morning.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Contact has been made with those closely connected to her.
Officers are investigating to establish the circumstances of the collision.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is assisting police with enquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 137 of May 5.
