POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in which a toddler sustained serious head injuries.
Officers were called to Intake Lane, Woolley, at 8.58am on Thursday to reports that a black Mercedes C Class was in collision with a wall.
A cream/white Fiat Ducato camper van was travelling behind the Mercedes when it was in collision with the wall on Intake Lane travelling from Woolley Edge Lane.
A three-year-old boy who was a passenger in the black Mercedes was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 38-year-old woman, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
