BARNSLEY East MP Stephanie Peacock recently visited Ilkley Town AFC in her role as Shadow Minister for Sport.
Ms Peacock visited the club alongside Labour candidate for Keighley and Ilkley, John Grogan, and Mayor of Ilkley, Karl Milner.
She said: “I was pleased to visit llkley Town AFC with John Grogan and the Labour Mayor of Ilkley Karl Milner. The club is a great example of the impact of grassroots football.
“Over 1,000 young people play in the team, which is supported by over 140 volunteers. Thank you to Ilkley Town for welcoming me recently.”
