THE two former Safestyle UK premises in Wombwell have gone up for sale for a total of £8.75m – just months after the firm filed for administration.
The site, on Valley Road, covers 7.96 acres and both premises have been put up for sale. A manufacturing and distribution hub has been placed on the market with offers sought in the region of £6m. Whilst 15 warehouse units have also been put up for sale, with a guide price of £2.75m.
A report states: “The site is offered for sale in conjunction with the company’s neighbouring distribution and manufacturing site on the opposite side of Valley Road. Offers will be considered for either both premises or the sites in isolation.”
