POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary earlier today in which a £1,500 bike was allegedly stolen.
Officers received a call reporting a burglary at a property on Barnsley Road in Wombwell between 1am and 3pm in which a specialised bike was reported stolen.
It is alleged that the offenders took a bicycle, valued at £1,500.
The bike, as photographed, is black with a lime green frame.
It has 26 inch wheels, a camouflaged seat and ‘rockshocks’ suspension on the front and ‘fox’ suspension on the rear.
