BARNSLEY Hospice bosses are getting involved with ‘Second Hand September’ – a campaign which aims to encourage people to reduce clothing waste.
The hospice’s retail hub is located on the Fall Bank Industrial Estate in Dodworth – and bosses are encouraging locals to attend this month.
A spokesperson said: “Our retail hub is a one-stop shop for preloved clothing, bargain furniture items, rare vintage pieces, and everything in between.
“We are dedicated to promoting sustainable shopping and making people think differently about buying second hand clothing.
“The team will be divulging their best second hand styling tips, and we’ll be speaking to some of our regular customers about why they enjoy shopping at the retail hub.”
