PLANS to build two new properties in Worsborough Dale have been submitted to the council's planning board.
If approved, the two detached houses will be built on Grove Street.
Four new parking spaces will be created in the three-bedroom properties are given the green light.
A planning report states: "The size and scale of the dwellings are designed to be in keeping with those in the locality and within a size of dwelling that makes sale prices for the dwellings economically viable."
A total of 25 neighbours have been made aware of the plans with no appeals to date.
Public consultation ends on January 26.
