PROUD of Barnsley nominations are flying in for this year’s event – and there’s a new category for residents to keep an eye on.
The Green Hero Award, sponsored by Sustainable Barnsley, is for a person, team, business or organisation who has gone above and beyond to reduce their carbon footprint and tackle climate change.
Nominees could have done anything from making an extra effort to reduce their carbon footprint, or maybe they’ve had a clever ideas others could use.
