POLICE are appealing for information after a hit and run left a man in 'critical condition'.
South Yorkshire Police have appealed for information following the collision on Racecommon Road on Friday February 4 at about 2pm.
It was reported that a dark-coloured car was in collision with the 61-year-old man and failed to stop at the scene.
The man suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital in an ambulance, where he remains in a critical condition.
Police now want to speak to anyone with information or anyone who witnessed the incident.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: "Did you see what happened? Do you think you may have dashcam footage?
"If you can help, please call 101 quoting incident number 507 of February 4."
