Police appeal for information following motorcycle theft

POLICE are appealing for information after two motorcycles were stolen from Little Houghton earlier this month.

It’s reported that at around 1pm on February 1, a number of unknown offenders used a vehicle on Middlecliffe Lane to ram down a garage door, stealing the two motorcycles inside.

A police spokesperson said: “The motorcycles are an orange and white KTM EXC250F registration YG17 VSP, and a red, blue and white BETA 300RR Steve Alcome Replica, registration YA19 FTU.

“Have you seen these motorcycles?

“If you live or work locally, did you see anything suspicious?

“If you have any information that could help, please call 101 quoting crime reference number 14/27804/22.”
