BARNSLEY are set to play their first league game of 2022 tomorrow afternoon away at Birmingham City.
The last time the Reds played in the league was a 2-1 away defeat to high-flying Blackburn Rovers last month.
Games against Nottingham Forest, Stoke and Blackpool have all been postponed due to Covid cases in the camp but tomorrow, despite the Reds having just 14 first team players available in training this week, the game is expected to go ahead.
Poya Asbaghi, who is yet to win a league game as Barnsley manager, will hope to bring his side off the bottom of the table.
Birmingham City currently sit in 18th position and are without a win in seven games in all competitions.
The game kicks off tomorrow at 3pm.
