ADULTS who want to get in the festive spirit can take part in Christmas-themed arts and crafts sessions.
The sessions can help improve mental well being and can offer a chance to socialise.
Below are a list of times when the sessions will run:

Christmas Craft - November 30 and December 7 from 12.30pm at Wellington House

Hand Painted Christmas Cards – December 1, and December 8 from 10am at Wellington House

Christmas Cupcakes - December 3 and December 10 from 1pm at Cudworth Centre of Excellence

Seasonal Baking - November 30 and December 7 from 1pm at Cudworth Centre of Excellence
Coun Tim Cheetham, cabinet spokesperson for regeneration and culture, said: "These creative sessions are a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together to get into the festive spirit.
