A FOODBANK is appealing for donations ahead of the festive season.
Barnsley Foodbank has released a list which compromises of 24 items that the service desperately needs to help families across the borough.
They have called the list their '24 days of food bank' challenge, and hope to collect the items to help make the festive season easier for people in need.
Some of the items on the list are:

Pasta sauce

Tinned Meat
-
Tinned vegetables

Gravy granules
-
Long life milk

Tea and coffee

Toiletries
