POLICE in Barnsley have refreshed an appeal to help find a man wanted in connection to threatening behaviour in Monk Bretton.

Marshall Beavers, 18, is wanted by police after it was reported that on January 29 at 11.29pm, a man attempted to get in to a property by banging and kicking the door while making threats to the occupants inside.

Police want to hear from anyone who has seen or spoken to Beavers recently, or knows where he may be staying.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “Beavers has links to the Monk Bretton, Wombwell, Smithies and Royston area of Barnsley.

“He is described as white, around five feet, nine inches tall with blonde hair and a slim build.

“If you see him or if you have any other information about where he might be, please call 101 quoting incident number 1090 of January 29.
