CONSTRUCTION students from Barnsley College helped to upcycle a range of furniture for Barnsley Hospice.
The furniture was provided from the hospice's Dodworth distribution centre and the students put their skills to the test to transform the selection of tables, stools, and cabinets.
The finished products will be on sale to the public from the centre on the Fall Bank Industrial Estate.
Matthew Egginton, program manager for construction, said: “This has been an exciting community project for our students, we gave them free reign to showcase their artistic expression.
"In doing so, they have transformed broken and worn-down household items into vibrant furnishings.”
