PARENTS have until the end of this week to apply for secondary school places for their kids.
If your child was born between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2010, you can apply for a place at secondary school for the academic year starting in September next year.
If you are a resident of Barnsley you can apply for up-to three schools for your child which should be ranked in order of preference.
Preferences can include any secondary school in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Wakefield, or Kirklees.
If Holy Trinity is one of the preferred choices, you must also complete a secondary application here.
Parents will find out which school their child has a place at in March next year.
The deadline to apply for places is this Saturday, October 31.
