FOUR lucky Dodworth residents had cause for celebration after scooping £1,000 each thanks to their postcode.
The neighbours on Queens Drive were announced as the daily prize winners with People’s Postcode Lottery this morning.
More than 50 families have bagged the prize across the borough so far this year.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners.
He said: “Congratulations to our winners, what a great surprise for them. I’m sure this news has made their day.”
Previous winners in the last few months have spread across Barnsley including residents from Bridge Street, Honeywell and Ashwood Close, Worsbrough who all bagged £1,000.
