A BURGLAR who gained entry to a Berneslai Homes office and stole three laptops, three phones and a tablet device has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Gary Buckingham, of Stacey Crescent, Grimethorpe, entered the Dearne housing team’s venue in August last year and stole the items.
The 38-year-old, who is currently in prison for other offences, was given a 26-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £1,500 in compensation.
