AN EMPTY caravan was deliberately torched in Thurnscoe on Wednesday night.
The caravan, believed to have been dumped, was found on Clayton Lane by firefighters at 9.25pm having been set alight.
The crew from Dearne station spent more than half an hour tackling the fire, coming away at just after 10pm and logging the incident as deliberate.
