A MAN whose Rolex watch was seized by police under the Proceeds of Crime Act will appear in court in May.
Samuel Robinson, of West Street, Hoyland, had his watch – valued at £13,000 – taken by police, as well as £3,700 in cash.
Applications for the seizure orders’ extension were granted at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court last week. He will next appear on May 22.
