A LANDLORD who is accused of boarding up a property which was being rented to a couple will appear in court next month.
Jun Li Lin did not appear at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Monday but was ordered to do so at the next hearing on March 21.
She is charged with unlawfully depriving her tenants - Zara McKenning and Shaun Smith - of their rights of entry at their rented home on Elizabeth Street, Goldthorpe, as it was allegedly boarded up without their knowledge.
