A PROPERTY company has been fined £3,000 for failing to comply with an improvement notice at a property in Goldthorpe.
West Carrs Properties Limited, who are based in Lincoln, were charged after failing to comply with the notice at a property on Barnsley Road.
The firm pleaded guilty to the offence at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court last Thursday, with the plea taken into account.
They were fined £3,000, ordered to pay £1,000 compensation, a victim surcharge of £1,200 and court costs of £1,400. This totalled £6,600.
