THE majority of babies born at Barnsley Hospital in May were boys.
A total of 236 women birthed their babies - 128 were boys, 113 were girls and five sets of twins.
The heaviest baby weighed in a ten pounds, one ounce whilst the smallest was just three pounds and three ounces.
May 17 was the busiest day as 16 babies were born.
