JUST three per cent of Covid tests in Barnsley are yielding a positive result, new figures show.
In the latest seven-day period 1,508 PCR tests - where a swab has to be taken to a lab - have been conducted in the town, and just 3.4 per cent were positive.
Barnsley’s current infection rate is 67.3 per 100,000 people.
