POLICE are appealing for information following a crash in Wath-upon-Dearne which left one man in a ‘serious condition’.
It’s reported that on January 9, at around 6.40pm, a blue BMW and a black VW were in a collision on Sandygate.
A police spokesperson said: “The driver of the VW initially suffered minor injuries in the collision, however since then he has suffered a medical episode and has been left in a serious condition.
“The driver of the BMW failed to stop at the scene but has since been identified.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
Officers are now looking to speak to anyone who might have information about what happened.
