Reds academy players leaves on loan

A BARNSLEY academy player made the switch to League One outfit AFC Wimbledon on loan over the weekend.

Tomas Kalinauskas will play with the Dons, who are currently 20th in League One, until the end of the season.

The Lithuania u21 international has played nine times for Martin Devaney’s side so far this season and can play anywhere along the front line.

A Barnsley FC spokesperson added: “Everyone at Oakwell would like to wish Tomas the very best of luck for his loan move.”
