STAGECOACH bus strikes in Barnsley will be suspended from Wednesday, trade union Unite has confirmed.
Stagecoach Yorkshire managing director Phil Medlicott pleaded with the union to end ‘unnecessary’ strike action last week and to join talks with arbitration service ACAS.
Following talks with ACAS representatives today the strike action, which began at the start of the year, is now set to be suspended.
