BARNSLEY take on Hull City later today hoping to make it two wins from two for the first time this season.

Joseph Laumann’s side ended a seven game losing streak when they beat Wayne Rooney’s Derby County at Oakwell on Wednesday night.

The caretaker manager will be hoping to make it two wins in as many games when former Barnsley player Grant McCann brings his Hull side to Oakwell later today.

The Tigers sit one place below the Reds and they’ve lost their last five games.

They’re also the lowest scorers in the EFL with nine goals - and they’ve not scored away from home since the opening day.

Joseph Lauman said: “It’s a home game.

“We will take confidence from the Derby game.

“There was good stuff and stuff we need to do better.

“Hull are a good team.

“They are on a hard run but in this league everyone can beat everyone so we have to prepare well.

“The Derby game was massive, Hull is also massive.

“We need points.”
