WANT your say on antisocial behaviour across the borough?

Well here's your chance.

Residents can give their views on crime and antisocial behaviour in a survey which has been created by the Safer Barnsley Partnership Board.

The survey aims to understand the public's view and can help inform policing priorities to help tackle these issues.

The Safer Barnsley Partnership Board is formed of organisations from across the region including Barnsley Council, South Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue and Barnsley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

Coun Jenny Platts, cabinet spokesperson for communities, said: “I urge everyone to take part in this survey and share their views and thoughts on crime and anti-social behaviour in Barnsley.

“It really does help the partnership to understand the full picture of how people feel in the borough, and help shape the next set of plans and priorities.

“We want to hear from residents across the borough to really understand how we can help to make them feel safer in Barnsley.”

The survey will close at midnight on October 14.
