POLICE are on the prowl for four Sphynx cats that were taken from Goldthorpe earlier this week.
The four cats were taken from a property on Monday and haven't been seen since.
The breed of cats is known for being expensive – with kittens sold for in excess of £1,000. The cats are famed for their hairless coat and large eyes.
A spokesperson for Barnsley South East Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “If you have any information relating to where they are please let us know.
“Contact 101 and ask for any information to be passed to PC 2120 Spink.”
